We do not deliver to P.O. boxes; please contact Hello Promo to work out any special delivery requirements.
Please allow 15 business days for delivery, beginning the day after your order is placed.
Once your order ships we will email tracking information to you and update your order status online.

RETURNS
We do not accept returns on custom embroidered merchandise. For damaged items please email a picture of the damage to jmoore@hello-promo.com and we'll send a replacement.
